Amb la capa de compressi\u00f3, el pes del forjat arriba als 3,74 Kn\/m2. (Forjat de canto 27 cm). L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s alleujar al m\u00e0xim la placa alveolar tradicional sense perdre&#8217;n les propietats.<\/p>\n<p>En tenir els alv\u00e8ols de poliestir\u00e8, incorpora a m\u00e9s un bon a\u00efllament t\u00e8rmic, i la seva resist\u00e8ncia al foc arriba a les 5 hores, segons assajos de laboratori AFITI-LICOF.<\/p>\n<p>La placa\u00a0<strong>FARLAP<\/strong>\u00a0 t\u00e9 una amplada d&#8217;1 m, encara que es pot tallar longitudinalment a una amplada m\u00ednima de 45 cm i fins a 75 cm. \u00c9s autoportant fins a 7,50 m; a partir d\u201faquestes mesures i en funci\u00f3 de la sobrec\u00e0rrega s\u201festudia cada cas en particular. Podem arribar a unes longituds de fins a 10 m per\u00f2 apuntalant.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cc-m-11531102998\" class=\"j-module n j-spacing \">\n<div class=\"cc-m-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cc-m-11399032298\" class=\"j-module n j-header \">\n<h3 id=\"cc-m-header-11399032298\" class=\"\">APLICACIONS<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cc-m-11399031898\" class=\"j-module n j-text \">\n<p>T\u00e9 les mateixes caracter\u00edstiques que la\u00a0<strong>placa alveolar<\/strong> \u00a0tradicional, per exemple: per a forjats industrials, sobre murs de c\u00e0rrega, sobre taulers \u00a0 d&#8217;encofrat \u00a0 de j\u00e0sseres unidireccionals de manera que quedi plana l&#8217;estructura per sota. o sobre estructura de j\u00e0sseres i pilars prefabricats com aparcaments, centres comercials, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Es poden utilitzar tamb\u00e9 per a forjats sanitaris o cobertes inclinades amb a\u00efllament t\u00e8rmic incorporat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cc-m-11531102798\" class=\"j-module n j-spacing \">\n<div class=\"cc-m-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cc-m-11531099198\" class=\"j-module n j-header \">\n<h3 id=\"cc-m-header-11531099198\" class=\"\">AVANTATGES COMPETITIVES.<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cc-m-11531099398\" class=\"j-module n j-text \">\n<p>Gr\u00e0cies al disseny dels nervis i de la capa inferior de\u00a0<strong>formig\u00f3<\/strong>, el pes propi del forjat \u00e9s molt inferior al de les\u00a0<strong>placas alveolares<\/strong>\u00a0 cl\u00e0ssiques. Aix\u00f2 facilita que la grua torre de l&#8217;obra pugui elevar i col\u00b7locar les peces fins a la posici\u00f3. Si fem una comparaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<p>Pes propi de la placa Farlap 25 \u00e9s de 1,94 kn\/m2, per 3,40 kn\/m2 de l&#8217;alveolar de 25.<\/p>\n<p>Pes propi del forjat Farlap 25+5 \u00e9s de 3,84 kn\/m2, per 5,00 kn\/m2 de l&#8217;alveolar de 25+5.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cc-m-11531100098\" class=\"j-module n j-text \">\n<p>Les caracter\u00edstiques resistents permeten mantenir uns llums de forjat molt superiors que els\u00a0<strong>forjats unidireccionals <\/strong>\u00a0tradicionals. Aix\u00f2 possibilita uns avantatges de disseny i economia a l&#8217;estructura a causa de la possibilitat de suprimir p\u00f2rtics complets, ja que les plaques de forjat poden arribar, per a sobrec\u00e0rregues habituals d&#8217;habitatge, fins a longituds de 10 m.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cc-m-11531100398\" class=\"j-module n j-text \">\n<p>En funci\u00f3 dels llums del forjat, (a m\u00e9s grans, millors resultats) la velocitat d&#8217;execuci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estructura pot ser molt superior a l&#8217;obtinguda en els sistemes tradicionals de construcci\u00f3. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s degut a diferents factors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Disminuci\u00f3 dr\u00e0stica de la quantitat de puntals, guies, sopandes i encofrats.<\/li>\n<li>No cal encofrar tota la planta.<\/li>\n<li>No es col\u00b7locaran xarxes horitzontals de seguretat, cosa que en un forjat tradicional de biguetes i revoltons, s\u00ed que \u00e9s obligatori.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cc-m-11531100698\" class=\"j-module n j-text \">\n<p>En les condicions normals dexecuci\u00f3, les plaques de forjat s\u00f3n completament autoportants en tota la seva longitud, sense ser necessari la col\u00b7locaci\u00f3 de sopandes intermedis.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cc-m-11531101098\" class=\"j-module n j-text \">\n<p>El centre de gravetat del pretesat i el del formig\u00f3 de la placa \u00a0<strong>FARLAP <\/strong>\u00a0estan molt m\u00e9s propers que els de la placa alveolar tradicional, aix\u00f2 fa que la pe\u00e7a no t\u00e9 contrafletxa, i per tant \u00e9s completament plana.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cc-m-11531101298\" class=\"j-module n j-text \">\n<p>La placa\u00a0<strong>FARLAP<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00e9s completament llisa per la part inferior, ja que es fabrica sobre pista met\u00e0l\u00b7lica. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que est\u00e0 pensada per anar vista especialment per a sostres de garatges, estalviant aix\u00ed qualsevol revestiment de guix. (Estalvi suplementari important.)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cc-m-11531101398\" class=\"j-module n j-text \">\n<p>En tenir dos grans alv\u00e8ols, ens permet extreure els revoltons de poliestir\u00e8 a l&#8217;obra i introduir el c\u00e8rcol o j\u00e0ssera de vora a la mateixa placa; cosa que servir\u00e0 per suportar el pes del tancament de fa\u00e7ana. Aix\u00ed, el constructor s&#8217;estalviar\u00e0 de col\u00b7locar qualsevol encofrat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cc-m-11531102698\" class=\"j-module n j-spacing \">\n<div class=\"cc-m-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cc-m-11531102098\" class=\"j-module n j-header \">\n<h3 id=\"cc-m-header-11531102098\" class=\"\">CARACTER\u00cdSTIQUES RESISTENTS.<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cc-m-11531102398\" class=\"j-module n j-text \">\n<p>Les caracter\u00edstiques resistents dels forjats\u00a0<strong>FARLAP<\/strong>\u00a0 es basen en un disseny \u00f2ptim de les seccions del\u00a0<strong>formig\u00f3 pretesat.<\/strong> Tant per als estats \u00faltims com els estats l\u00edmit de servei, la relaci\u00f3 entre els llums que poden assolir amb cada tipus de\u00a0<strong>forjat<\/strong>, pel que fa al seu pes propi, \u00e9s immillorable.<\/p>\n<p>Els forjats\u00a0<strong>FARLAP<\/strong>\u00a0 es fabriquen per cantells totals de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>FARLAP<\/strong>\u00a022 amb cantos de 22 + 4, 22 + 5, 25 + 4, 25 + 5, 30 + 4 y 30 + 5.<\/li>\n<li><strong>FARLAP<\/strong>\u00a025 amb cantos de 25 + 4, 25 + 5, 30 + 4 y 30 + 5.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les seccions del forjat FARLAP es componen, en sentit ascendent, de tres parts diferenciades:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Una part prefabricada de dimensions fixes en formig\u00f3 pretesat, compost per una solera inferior de 4 cm de gruix de la qual parteixen 4 nervis verticals.<\/li>\n<li>Un alv\u00e8ol entre cada dos nervis verticals, que s&#8217;omplen amb revoltons de poliestir\u00e8, que varien en funci\u00f3 del cantell total del forjat.<\/li>\n<li>El formig\u00f3 abocat en obra per a lexecuci\u00f3 de la llosa superior o capa de compressi\u00f3, que formar\u00e0 la placa alveolar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cc-m-spacer\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-818 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.forpol.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/OK-PRELOSA-PARA-VIVIENDAS-PLURIFAMILIARES-1-jpg.webp\" alt=\"SOSTRE SANITARI PREU\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.forpol.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/OK-PRELOSA-PARA-VIVIENDAS-PLURIFAMILIARES-1-jpg.webp 1600w, https:\/\/www.forpol.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/OK-PRELOSA-PARA-VIVIENDAS-PLURIFAMILIARES-1-jpg-500x375.webp 500w, https:\/\/www.forpol.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/OK-PRELOSA-PARA-VIVIENDAS-PLURIFAMILIARES-1-jpg-1024x768.webp 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1600px) 100vw, 1600px\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cc-m-11531103998\" class=\"j-module n j-header \">\n<h3 id=\"cc-m-header-11531103998\" class=\"\">RESIST\u00c8NCIA AL FOC DE LA PLACA FARLAP.<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cc-m-11531104098\" class=\"j-module n j-text \">\n<p>La resist\u00e8ncia al foc d&#8217;elements estructurals est\u00e0 recollida a la Norma B\u00e0sica de l&#8217;Edificaci\u00f3 &#8220;Condicions de protecci\u00f3 contra incendis als edificis CPI-96&#8221; (Reial Decret 2177\/1996, de 4 d&#8217;octubre.
